Anna Heidinger is the Owner of Pikes Peak Athletics, where she has built one of Colorado’s premier aquatics programs from the ground up. She has led every facet of the business, from launching swim lessons and competitive teams to growing the Pikes Peak Athletics Foundation, which expands access to swimming for underserved youth. Nationally recognized, Anna was named Colorado Age Group Coach of the Year, has served on USA Swimming’s CEO Roundtable, and was a featured speaker at the USA Swimming Women’s Leadership Conference. Originally from West Virginia, Joselyn has been a part of Pikes Peak Athletics since September 2014, where she has taken on various roles. She currently serves as the Swim Team Business Manager and oversees all swim meets for the organization. Joselyn holds an undergraduate degree in Politics and Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s in Public Administration from UCCS. Since moving to Colorado, she has embraced an active lifestyle, enjoying trail running, yoga, summiting 14ers, and exploring new ways to stay fit. Joselyn shares her home with her fiancé, Jacob, and their two cats, Poptart and Coconut.

Rory Grigull, USMS, USAS, ASCA Level 2 Certified Coach

Rory began his aquatics career as an athlete in South Florida, learning the highest levels of the sport from 6-time Olympic Coach Michael Lohberg. During his high school years, he trained alongside dozens of Olympians and World Record Holders including his primary training partner, Dara Torres. He led Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School to 2 State Championships and competed in the 100m freestyle at the 2008 US Olympic Trials. Coach Chris is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Pikes Peak Athletics. He programs extensive dryland workouts for the age group through senior teams. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from UCCS and is interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in the future. Chris also works as a personal trainer certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association at PPATC and specializes in clients with performance-based goals. Mr. Andrey

Mr. Andrey has been swimming for his entire life. He began swimming competitively at the age of 4 and was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to represent Arizona State University as a member of the men’s swim team. He has his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from Arizona State University and looks forward to helping his students reach their swimming goals! He is a proud supporter of Pikes Peak Athletics and has two kids swimming competitively with PPA, both of whom came up through the ranks of the lesson program, Base Camp, and swim team.

Born and raised in Southern California, Larry was introduced to swimming and water polo at a young age and competed in both sports throughout his childhood and through school. In California, the sport of water polo is closely akin to swimming, and water polo players typically train with swim teams.
