Coach Chris has ten years of competitive swimming experience and has been coaching for seven. He has a bachelors degree in Strength and Conditioning from UCCS and is pursuing his CSCS certification. Chris has a passion for all things related to health and fitness, and took up weightlifting after he stopped swimming. He is always looking for the opportunity to expand his knowledge and enjoys integrating exercises and drills from a variety of training modalities. During his free time, Chris enjoys working out, snowboarding, playing video games, and visiting the Bear Creek Dog Park with his dog Finn.
