Pause Your MAP!
Taking a little time away? You don't have to cancel your monthly access pass!
Our MAP Pause option lets you take a break for 1–3 months, with up to 3 months of pause time in a 12-month period.
You won't be charged while your access pass is paused, and your MAP will automatically reactivate when you're ready to return - with NO Administrative Fee!
Need to Leave? Withdraw Here.
If you're planning to take an extended break or aren't sure when you'll return, withdrawing may be the better option.
Your monthly access pass will end after your final paid month, and you won't be automatically re-enrolled. If you decide to return in the future, a $35 per-family Administrative Fee will apply, subject to our standard fee policy.
