Jenessa Schulte, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, TSAC-F, USAW-1

Jenessa graduated from Seattle University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology while competing at the collegiate level as a swimmer. She also obtained her CSCS certification post-graduation. While in Seattle, she assisted in both strength and conditioning and sport science for athletes across all D1 sports at her institution, even working in the Human Performance Lab applying sport specific testing and video analysis with the different teams. These opportunities have allowed Jenessa to approach training clients through utilizing a scientific, education, and performance-based emphasis centered around individual goals and injury prevention.

Upon moving to Colorado Springs, she began working for Pikes Peak Athletics as an Assistant Strength Coach and Personal Trainer while completing internships with both the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the United States Olympic Training Center. These opportunities provided great insight assisting Olympic and Paralympic athletes as well as law enforcement, military, and fire personnel. Jenessa is passionate about fostering an enjoyable health and fitness centered lifestyle and even competes in triathlons during her free time (working out with the PPA Triathlon team too)!
