Coach Lindsay is a two-time Olympian, World Champion, and former world record holder who brings world-class experience and leadership to the pool. She was an All-American at the University of Southern California and helped lead USC to its first NCAA National Championship in 1997 before spending five years as a college coach there. Lindsay went on to join USA Swimming’s National Team staff in 2006 and, in 2017, became the first woman to serve as Managing Director of the USA National Team Division—overseeing both the men’s and women’s U.S. Olympic teams. With decades of experience as an athlete, coach, and high-performance leader, Lindsay is passionate about developing swimmers from the ground up. She’ll be working primarily with Groups 1 and 2 and brings a wealth of knowledge to every practice.
